Pittsburgh Angels reasoning:
After an embarrassing late season collapse in 2019, the Angels are looking to load up on prospects. Happy with the return for a controllable and productive Garver in a scarce position and an affordable Soler coming off of a career year. I believe the four prospects in return will get the Angels back on the right track. Good talks with Chris and I can tell he is going to be a great addition to the league!
