MiLB Greg Deichmann, OF, OAK
Tony and I began talks what seems like forever ago around Deichmann. Coming off a big AFL, he was definitely a prospect on the rise. I feel Brinson will add to the outfield depth as I try and build a sustainable contender. He struggled mightily in the big leagues but showed enough at AAA to hope something can stick. It hurt to give up Candelario who I really think can be a nice future SS but the Medina upside and draft selection softened the blow a little. Always a pleasure talking with Tony and best of luck moving forward.
