Always love talking trade with the jobber master Tony. This is a salary relief move for me and he has the cap space. Adding in Phillies young guns Suarez and Jones helped solidify this deal for him. I'm happy to snag a couple MiLB claims later this season. Hopefully for the Sox in real life Sale comes back healthy later this year, and hopefully he helps in Tony's rebuild.

Alotta salary coming back my way but when healthy, sale is ace material. If he doesn't come back I cut his sorry ass and eat the space. If he comes back and is good I'll trade him for whatever needs I have at the time or he can be my ace. A gamble on my part but it'll be fun. I like ranger and damon and hope they continue to develop and start for the unsettled phillies rotation in 2021/2022. Smooth easy talks with Scott.
