Sorry, my mistake. Chicago's offer was invalid. RFA offers have to be at least 4 years with an AAS of $15M.
Tampa Bay Phillies have the valid high offer of 3 years, $42M ($14M AAS) for Davis.
Cleveland has 48 hours (deadline 1:03am EST 2/14) to match.
