Baltimore and Toronto have agreed to a trade.

Baltimore sends:
Trevor Richards (P - TB) 2020-22: $500k

Toronto sends:
Glenallen Hill Jr. (2B - ARI)

I put Richards on the block because I was looking for a little more flexibility with my 40-man roster. This will look terrible if TB can figure out how to help Richards return to a starting role at some point, but I got a free 40-man slot and I'm happy to add a toolsy prospect like Hill. Nice working with Drew on our first trade.

Confirm. I was looking to continue to add pitching depth and I like the upside of Richards. Like Matt says, Hill is toolsy but he is a long way away. Nice, quick trade
